  • Slight variations in color, fragrance, finish, or appearance may occur due to the nature of manufacturing.

 

6. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Pricing is exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, shipping, or customs unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment terms (advance, milestone-based, or credit terms) will be defined in the quotation or agreement.
  • Delays in payment may result in production hold or order cancellation.

 

7. Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to raw material availability, production capacity, logistics, or external factors.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the logistics partner, unless otherwise agreed.

 

8. Intellectual Property
